1. Introduction

This Vendor Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how TravelDekho Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), operating under the brand name “TripDekho”, collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information of its registered travel service providers (“Vendors”, “You”, or “Your”).

By registering or operating on the Platform, you consent to the terms of this Policy.

2. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all Vendors registered on the TripDekho platform, including data collected during onboarding, listing, booking management, and communication.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Business Information

• Business name, type, and registration details
• GSTIN and PAN
• Office address

3.2 Personal Information

• Authorized representative name
• Contact number and email

3.3 Financial Information

• Bank account details (for payouts)
• Transaction records

3.4 Operational Information

• Trip listings and itineraries
• Booking data and customer interactions

4. Purpose of Data Collection

We use collected information for:

• Vendor verification and onboarding
• Processing bookings and payments
• Platform operation and improvement
• Communication regarding listings, performance, and updates
• Compliance with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We may share Vendor data with:

• Customers: Name, contact, and trip-related details for booking execution
• Payment Processors: For facilitating transactions
• Regulatory Authorities: When required under applicable law or legal process

6. Data Security and Protection

The Platform adopts reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Vendor information against unauthorized access, data breaches, misuse or alteration.

However, the Vendor acknowledges that no system is completely secure, and the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Vendor data shall be retained:

• For as long as the Vendor remains registered on the Platform
• As required for legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance
• As necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

8. Vendor Rights

Vendors shall have the right to:

• Access and review their information
• Request correction or update of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of data, subject to legal and contractual obligations

9. Confidentiality

Both the Platform and the Vendor agree to maintain strict confidentiality of business information, customer data, and operational details. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may engage third-party service providers (including payment gateways, analytics providers, and hosting services) to facilitate its operations. Such third parties may process Vendor data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorized access arising from Vendor negligence
• Data breaches caused by external cyber-attacks beyond reasonable control
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from data usage

12. Policy Updates

The Platform reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any significant changes shall be communicated to Vendors through appropriate channels.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
